Section 1 — Commitment and scope

Users should provide meaningful alternative text, captions and understandable documents. XBN may provide guidance and fields but does not control every file. External integrations may present their own barriers; providers are notified or replaced for material issues where proportionate.
Section 6 — Known limits and disproportionate burden
Legacy Content, complex visualizations, live media and uncontrolled third-party Content may have limitations. Fundamental-alteration or disproportionate-burden exceptions are used only after documented statutory assessment; an accessible alternative is offered where possible.
Section 7 — Assistance and reasonable accommodations
Anyone unable to use a function may request an alternative communication method, file or reasonable assistance. Requests are assessed individually, confidentially and without retaliation. Security and identity requirements remain but are offered accessibly.
Section 8 — Reporting, response and escalation
Reports to info@x-bn.com should include URL, function, barrier, device, browser, assistive technology and desired solution. XBN acknowledges, prioritizes by impact and communicates remediation or an alternative. Statutory complaint and enforcement rights remain unaffected.
Section 9 — Training, ownership and review
Product, design, engineering, content and support teams hold role-specific responsibility and receive appropriate training. This Policy and prioritized barriers are reviewed at least annually and upon material Platform change.
